You can find your closest Salon Pay Salon by searching for them in the Salon Directory located in the menu bar.

You can simply click the ‘Get Started’ button on the merchant page. From here, we will get you all set up in the background. This takes about 2 business days.

SalonPay is a clever cloud based system. You won’t need anything extra to process payments, just access to the internet. Throw away your EFTPOS machine!

Data security is of utmost importance to us. Salon Pay is powered by leading payment processing systems holding an AFSL and are PCI DSS Level One certified.

If you are a client wanting to use Salon Pay, then No! There are no fees for you. If you are a salon, you can email support@salonpay.com for a full fee breakdown.

You are not allowed to pass fees onto your clients. Salon Pay is committed to remaining interest and impact free. One suggestion would be to increase your all services to allow for the increase in working costs.

The set up is super easy. Your Salon will guide you through the process. You only need a mobile number, email address and Visa/Mastercard to gain access to up to $1200 instantly.

Salon Pay offers multiple payment methods all in the one convenient place for your salon. All Buy Now Pay Later payments come with no risk to you as a Salon. Buy Now Pay Later Payments are received in full less fees, and the client pays off in easy instalments. Salon Memberships, lay-bys and recurring payment plans outside Buy Now Pay Later are received as your client is debited.
